CRAIG S. FOELS was born in Kodiak, Alaska. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991 and is admitted before the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Foels received his B.A. in 1986 from the University of Florida and his J.D., with honors, from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1990. He was previously employed with the State Farm Insurance Company in 1985 as a claims representative managing bodily injury and property damage claims. Subsequent to law school, he was an assistant state attorney in the 9th Judicial Circuit responsible for case management and trials of misdemeanor crimes in Osceola County. Presently, Mr. Foels is a director in the firm and senior trial attorney specializing in professional, general, premises and automobile liability claims. He also defends nursing homes for Chapter 400 allegations. He is A.V. rated by Martindale Hubbell, and is currently a member of the American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the Central Florida Medical Malpractice Claims Council.
