KARA M. CONNOLLY was raised in Glastonbury, Connecticut. Ms. Connolly graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Business and a concentration in Marketing from Marymount Manhattan College. When she graduated from Marymount, she worked in a corporate role at Bergdorf Goodman in New York City. After working for two years, she decided to pursue law school. Leaving New York City, she moved to Orlando to attend Barry University School of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the legal fraternity Phi Alpha Delta and took part in legal aid work.

Ms. Connolly was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2024. She first joined the firm as a law clerk in 2023 and is now an associate at Estes, Ingram, Foels & Gibbs, specializing in the defense of healthcare professionals and institutions.
